Guest gear rental for Atlanta short-term rentals
Stellar Gear is the equipment arm of Stellar Rentals, a short-term-rental management company in Atlanta. Hosts across metro Atlanta point their guests to us for the things that don't fit in a suitcase — baby and toddler gear, projectors and group-stay setups, fans and extra beds. We hold the inventory, deliver to the property, and pick it up when the guest leaves. It costs the host nothing to offer.

Frequently asked questions
What does it cost me as a host?
Nothing. You tell your guests gear is available; they rent it directly from us. There's no fee, no minimum, and no inventory commitment on your side.
What gear can my guests get?
The things guests would rather not travel with or buy for one trip: travel cribs, high chairs, and car seats for families; projectors and screens for groups; fans, extra sleeping setups, and arrival essentials for international guests. If a guest asks for something unusual, reach out and we'll tell you whether we can source it.
Do I have to be a Stellar-managed property?
No. This is open to any host in metro Atlanta, whether we manage your property or not. If you'd also like us to manage it, that's a separate conversation we're happy to have.
Where do you deliver?
Across metro Atlanta from our Buckhead hub — Midtown, Old Fourth Ward, Inman Park, Decatur, Sandy Springs, Marietta, and out from there. Delivery is quoted by distance and confirmed with the guest before anything is charged.
What does my guest actually have to do?
Reach out with their dates and the property address. We confirm what's available, send them a payment link, deliver to the property, and pick everything up when they check out. You're not in the middle of it.
I host outside Atlanta. Can I still do this?
Not yet, but tell us where you host. We're expanding market by market, and the list of cities hosts ask for is how we decide where to go next.
Can I run this myself in my own market?
