We didn't start a
management company.
We became one.
Stellar Rentals grew out of a simple love for Atlanta, a passion for hospitality, and the stubborn belief that short-term rental guests deserve an experience that feels genuinely cared for.
It started with one property. A condo near the BeltLine that we loved too much to let sit empty when we traveled. We listed it on Airbnb more out of curiosity than ambition — and within a week, a family from Chicago was sleeping in our bed, leaving us a five-star review that said our home felt like “a warm hug from Atlanta itself.”
That review changed everything. We realized that what we had created wasn't just a rental — it was an experience. And that guests who felt genuinely welcomed, in a home that was genuinely cared for, told everyone they knew.
We became Superhosts. Then we acquired a second property. Then a third. Friends started asking us to manage theirs. And slowly, organically, Stellar Rentals became a business — not because we set out to build one, but because we kept saying yes to people who trusted us with something they cared about.

What We Learned the Hard Way
The magic is in the details nobody else wants to deal with.
Managing short-term rentals looks simple from the outside. List it, someone books it, a cleaner shows up, money arrives. The reality is a thousand invisible micro-decisions made every week — pricing adjustments, guest questions at midnight, a cleaner who cancels an hour before checkout, a guest who mentions the hot water was slow and you're not sure if it's an issue or a personality.
We learned all of this firsthand, on our own properties, before we ever managed someone else's. That's the foundation of everything we do at Stellar Rentals: we know what it feels like to be the host, because we still are one.
When we kept losing track of which cleaner had been assigned to which property, we built a system. When that system worked, we turned it into Turn by Stellar Rentals — a cleaning operations platform that automates checklists, tracks progress in real time, and documents every room after every clean. We run it on every property we manage, including our own.

When existing tools didn't work for our properties, we built Turn — our own cleaning operations platform. We run it on our properties first, then share it with hosts everywhere.

This city is our home. That's not marketing — it's why we care.
We grew up here. Our cleaners live here. Our vendors are our neighbors. When a guest books one of our properties, they're not getting a transaction managed from a call center in another state — they're getting the perspective of people who genuinely love Atlanta and want every visitor to leave wanting to move here.
That local roots go deeper than just knowing the neighborhoods (though we know them well — from the BeltLine to Buckhead, Midtown to Old Fourth Ward). It means we show up when something goes wrong. It means our vendors answer the phone because they know us. It means guests get a digital guidebook written by actual Atlantans, not generated by an AI scraping TripAdvisor.
